Products and bundles
Yes. Product pages show the editable Word, Excel and other source formats included with each purchase.
No. Every template includes Arabic and English files together.
Main bundles cover core department templates. Industry bundles add sector-specific workflows and are purchased separately.
Yes. Department bundles are available separately when you need focused coverage for one business function.
Licenses
The displayed price includes one single entity license for one registered company or one freelancer business.
It covers up to five registered companies or up to five freelancer businesses. The two entity types cannot be mixed under one license.
One license number is issued per completed order and applies to every product in that order. A later order receives a new license number.
Issued registration details are locked. You can submit a change request from the license page for administration approval.
Payment and access
After payment and license activation, files appear in My Purchases for download.
Yes. The upgrade surcharge is added to that order when the five entity license is selected.
Yes. Sign in and open My Purchases to access eligible files again.
