1. Nature of products.

Templates and training materials offered on the Platform are prepared for general guidance in ordinary commercial contexts and, by their nature, are:

• General drafting models that are not prepared for a specific case, jurisdiction or identified party.
• Practical organisational tools that help save time and structure work, but do not replace professional advice.
• Not based on any study of your circumstances, activity, existing contracts or current obligations.
• It is vulnerable to changes in legislation, regulations and practices, and may require updating.
• It may need to be substantially adjusted to suit the laws and regulations of the State in which the product is to be used and the nature of the activity.

2. No Professional Relationship.

Details: The purchase or use of Template is not a legal consultation, nor is it the opinion of a licensed lawyer who is familiar with the facts of your case.

No Lawyer–Client Relationship.

Details: There is no professional relationship between Company and Buyer from legal relations or legal representation, nor any duty of professional confidentiality.

Not Financial, Tax or Accounting Advice.

Details: Templates or materials shall not be considered as financial, tax or accounting, nor as a basis for making an investment decision.

No Guarantee of Outcome.

Details: It does not contain any promise or guarantee of a particular result, nor does it imply acceptance of the document by any official or judicial authority.

Not a Compliance Certificate.

Details: Do not recognize that Buyer ‘ s activity is in conformity with the regulations in force and does not preclude the review of compliance by specialists.

3. Buyer ‘ s obligation to review before use.

Buyer acknowledges and undertakes:

• Any form of legal, contractual or high-risk nature shall be submitted to a licensed lawyer in the State in which he or she is to be employed, before being adopted, signed or provided to any party, and the appropriate specialist shall be assisted otherwise, whenever the nature of the use so requires.
• To verify that the legislation and regulations in force at the time of use are in conformity with Template and to make the necessary adjustments.
• To review and adjust the data, fields, amounts, durations and obligations contained in Template to the reality of his case.
• To ensure that the signatory to the document and its authority are competent to bind the entity representing it.
• To retain for himself a copy of the final document adopted after the review.
• It is responsible for the validity of the data, the modifications it makes and the manner in which the product is used. This is without prejudice to the liability of the company for any material error established in the original copy, the lack of conformity of the product with its description, or any statutory right.

4. Liability Exclusions.

To the extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to any statutory right, the company shall not be liable for the following cases and losses, nor shall this include direct, reasonable and proven damage resulting from a fixed breach by the company:

• Any dispute or claim arising from the use of the product in contravention of its instructions or reasonable purpose, or without the required professional review.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, opportunities or damage to reputation, unless the liability for them may not be excluded by law.
• Any penalty, fine or administrative measure resulting from Buyer ‘ s data, modifications or use of the product without the required professional review.
• A document is invalid, ineffective or rejected for use without the requisite professional adjustment or review.
• Template is inappropriate for the legislation of a particular State or for an activity of a special or regulated nature.
• Any modification made by Buyer or others on Template after delivery, or any use thereof outside its reasonable purpose.
• Decisions by Buyer based on the content of the courses, evidence or examples contained therein without reference to the competent person, whenever the nature of the decision so requires.
• Legislation, regulations or practices change after the date on which the product is available on the Platform.
• Any damage caused by Buyer ‘ s devices, software, Internet connection or the actions of others.

5. Maximum liability.

The parties acknowledge that this limit represents an equitable distribution of risks between them, that it has been taken into account in determining the price of the product, and that the company would not have exposed the product to this price had it not been agreed upon.

6. No guarantee of error-free.

The company has exercised reasonable care in preparing and reviewing Templates and materials, but it does not ensure that they are free of error, omission or deficiency, nor that they are always updated to the latest legislative amendments. If the buyer finds that there is a material error in the content of the template it purchased, please inform the company on support@growth-gcc.com, and the company is obliged to study the note and correct the version when the error is proven, and to make the corrected version available to the affected buyers whenever possible, without in itself giving rise to a right to Refund unless one of the cases of return policy is applicable.

7. Online Courses and training content.

• The content of the courses is of a general educational nature and no professional consultation is prepared for the participant ‘ s case.
• Company does not ensure that certain professional or financial results are achieved as a result of attendance or application of the course.
• The use of content depends on the circumstances, level and commitment of each participant.
• The courses shall not grant any certificate of attendance, completion or certification, nor shall they be considered as a professional qualification or an alternative to any certificate or licence required by competent authorities.
• Examples, figures and situations in the courses for illustrative purposes only, and may not apply to the participant ‘ s case.

8. External content and linkages.

Products or Platform may include references or links to sources, systems or sites managed by others, for guidance only. The company does not control, approve, ensure accuracy or modernization of such sources, and has no responsibility for relying on them.

9. Relationship to other policies.

This document is read together with Terms of Use No. GPC-POL-03, Privacy and Data Protection Policy No. GPC-POL-02, Licensing Policy No. GPC-POL-04, Return Policy No. GPC-POL-01, and with which it is a single integrated agreement. When there is a conflict, the more specific policy applies to its subject matter, without prejudice to any provision.

11. Amendment of document.

The amendments apply to purchases made after the effective date, and do not change the terms of previous purchases. Individual notification of users is not required, unless the law requires it or the amendment affects an existing user right.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

This document and any disputes arising therefrom are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and jurisdiction is limited to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
