Purpose. A ready-to-use purchase requisition form designed for internal use within the organisation. Supplied as Word and Excel (English) so every applicable language and format is included in the one product — nothing to choose at purchase.
Who uses it. Procurement teams and managers in small and mid-sized companies who need a consistent, professional document without building one from scratch.
How to customise. Placeholders are highlighted in the file: yellow for information you must replace, blue for an optional clause to review, red for a legal or operational decision. A removable instruction note inside the file explains the legend. Remove highlights and notes before final issue.
Excel notes. Input cells are unlocked and visually distinct; formula cells are protected and tested with sample data. Keep an unedited copy as your master.
