What is the difference between an individual template and a bundle?
An individual template is one document. A bundle is a fixed set of templates sold together at a discount — it references the same template files, so nothing is duplicated in the catalogue.
What is the difference between department and industry bundles?
A department bundle covers a business function such as HR or finance, and applies to any company. An industry bundle contains only templates exclusive to a commercial activity, such as unit inspection for property management.
Are the files editable?
Yes. Every product includes an editable source file appropriate to its nature — Word, Excel, PowerPoint or fillable PDF. A PDF may be added as a print or preview version, never as a replacement for the editable source.
What license is included in the displayed price?
A Single Entity License for one commercial registration. The only paid upgrade is a Group License for up to five registrations under common ownership or management.
Do comprehensive bundles include industry-specific templates?
No. Comprehensive bundles contain general business templates only. Add an industry bundle separately if you need activity-specific documents.
How do I receive and download my files?
From My Purchases, after signing in and completing the license details. We never email file attachments or permanent download links.
How long do I receive updates?
Free updates run 12 months from purchase. Versions released within that window remain permanently accessible even after updates expire.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Your account records what you already own, so an upgrade to a larger bundle can credit overlapping content rather than charge twice — contact us with your licence number.
I paid but cannot download
Downloads unlock after license activation. Open the secure sign-in button we emailed, complete the license details, and your files appear in My Purchases.
Is there a download limit?
Nothing is shown or counted in the storefront. Each license carries an internal allowance visible to the admin only; if it is exceeded the account is flagged so we can follow up with you. Your purchase is never deleted.
How do I get my licence certificate?
Open My Purchases, find the order and choose Licence certificate. It opens as a printable page — use your browser’s Save as PDF.
