What your price includes
Every displayed price includes a Single Entity License for one commercial registration. The only paid upgrade is a Group License for up to five registrations under common ownership or management.
Single Entity License
Included in every displayed price. Grants your organisation the right to use, edit and internally distribute the purchased files for the commercial activity of one registered entity.
Group License — up to five registrations
A paid upgrade for groups holding several commercial registrations under common ownership or management. You record up to five entity names and registration numbers at activation and confirm common ownership. The Group License price is shown in the cart before you pay.
There is no consultant license
A consultant may buy on a client’s behalf, but the license is issued in the client entity’s name. Each client requires a separate purchase.

- The licence certificate carries the client entity’s name
- No resale, sublicensing or redistribution of source files
Entity under formation
If the registration is not issued yet, activate with a proposed entity name or the buyer’s full name. One future update to the final registration details is allowed. Transfer to an unrelated entity is not.
Updates and permanent access
Free updates run for 12 months from purchase. Any version released inside that window stays permanently accessible. Expiry of updates never removes files you are already entitled to; versions released after that date require a new purchase.
Licence certificate
A printable licence certificate — licence number, licensed entity, scope and products — is available at any time from My Purchases.
